What is your returns policy?

As each BOXMUTT item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or unwanted items. Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Why can't I return an item if I ordered the wrong size?

All BOXMUTT apparel is made to order specifically for each customer. Because products are created only after an order is placed, we cannot resell returned items. Please refer to our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.

How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We recommend comparing the measurements against a T-shirt you already own and like the fit of, rather than relying only on your usual size.

Should I size up or down?

If you are between sizes, prefer a looser training fit, or plan to wear the item for functional fitness sessions, we recommend sizing up for comfort and movement.

Will the colour or fit look exactly like the product photos?

Product colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and garment batches. Fit can also vary slightly between styles, so please check the individual product size guide before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Can I exchange my item for a different size?

Because our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot offer size exchanges. We recommend reviewing our sizing information carefully before purchasing.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

Please email us at info@boxmutt.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible, typically within 2–3 business days.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Orders enter production shortly after they are placed. If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Do I need to return a faulty item?

In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. However, for many print-related issues, photographs are sufficient for us to process a replacement or refund. If a return is required, we will provide instructions before you send anything back.
